Cancellation
Policy
Cancellation with full refund less $10.00 for clerical/handling fees is possible
up to June 10th.
From June 10th to July 1, a refund of 50% can be made.
From July 2 to July 10th, a refund of 25% can be made.
After the conference begins on July 11th, no refund can be made.
Registration
Confirmation
If a valid email address has been provided, then an electronic confirmation
will be sent. Anyone without an email address will be sent a postcard
confirming that their registration has been received.
