Classes
Two courses at the Heartland
Trauma Conference are sanctioned by the International Critical Incident Stress
Foundation, Inc. (ICISF,) a non-profit foundation dedicated to the prevention
and mitigation of disabling stress. Attendees will receive an ICISF Certificate
of Attendance for 14 contact hours through the University of Maryland. Approved
by the American Psychological Association for continuing education credits. To
earn credit both days have to be attended:

2-Day (Thursday & Friday) Grief

Remember - to receive the CEUs
for the ICISF classes, attendance is required for BOTH DAYS.

One
course is Missouri POST Certified for 14 Interpersonal Hours: Grief
Following Trauma by Nancy
Crump Rikli It is a 2-day course and is offered Thursday
and Friday.
Social
Workers
Social Workers can get CEUs for each workshop. Social Work p.r.n. is offering
the
CEU
certificates. Please
mark this information on your registration form so that it can be generated and
passed out by the end of the conference
Certificate
of Attendance
A certificate of attendance for contact hours on the 1 1/2 or 3 hour
workshops can be offered to disciplines other than social workers but
this needs to be indicated on the registration form so that the certificate
can
be
generated by the end of the conference. You will need to check with
your accrediting agency to verify acceptance of these workshop towards
your contact hour requirements. |
