Expo Center
The KCI Expo Center is Kansas City's Premier Convention & Meeting
Center strategically located in the Heart of America.
The location provides easy access from anywhere within the Kansas City Metropolitan area and the country itself. We are one mile from the Kansas City International Airport and two blocks from two major highways I-29 & I-435.
The KCI Expo Center features 70,000 square feet of clear span "state of the art" exhibition space, and over 11,000 square feet of carpeted meeting space. In addition attendee's can relax in our Up Up & Away Café.
A brand new 141 full service prototype Holiday Inn, which opened in October 2006, is connected via a covered walkway to KCI Expo Center for convenience and comfort.

All speakers and sponsors are welcome to have a booth at the exhibition hall
at no cost.
All other Vendors
The cost of an exhibition space to those who are not speaking or sponsoring
is $150.00.
Perks of being
an Exhibitor
Any agency providing a speaker or a booth at $150.00 can have one person from
their agency attend the conference for a registration cost of $87.50

Hall Hours
The exhibition hall will be open one hour prior to classes and at least one
hour after classes each day of the conference.
