Brain Gym 101 - Exloring Educational Kinesiology Effective State of the Art Intervention for Trauma

Research supports concept that neglect abuse and trauma are a brain and body experience. The challenge now is to integrate effective holistic practices to help minimize the effects of abuse. In this highly interactive workshop participants will have an opportunity to learn and practice eight physical movements from Brain Gym 101. The session includes a brief review of brain development and scientific explanation for physical movement effectiveness.
